Clear Your Gmail Spam in Seconds

Takeaways:

      • Type “unsubscribe” in Gmail search and instantly surface all the promo emails clogging your storage and focus.
      • Create a filter using “unsubscribe” as the keyword, label it, and you’ll have a one-click way to batch-delete or review spam moving forward.
      • Less email = less stress. Clearing junk helps the real emails shine.

The Real Price of Messy Expense Management

Overspending isn’t the biggest problem.

Flying blind is.

For too many teams, expense management = late receipts, surprise charges, and “is this reimbursable?” debates in Slack. It’s stressful, it’s error-prone, and it quietly drains thousands.

The three biggest money leaks we see:

💳 No real-time visibility
By the time finance sees the report, the budget’s already blown.

💸 Policies no one remembers
Unclear rules = accidental overspend + awkward reimbursements.

🧾 Manual everything
Emailing receipts, updating spreadsheets—tedious work that breeds mistakes (and fraud).

Here’s how smart teams are fixing it:

  • Controls built into company cards: set spend limits upfront with Ramp.
  • Reimbursements tied directly to payroll: no extra platforms with Rippling.
  • Automated workflows + mobile reporting: scan, approve, done with Zoho Expense.

Expense management isn’t just paperwork. It’s culture, trust, and financial clarity. Done right, it pays for itself.

AI TOOLS

OpenAI’s Newest Feature: ChatGPT Agents

Takeaways:

      • AI just went from assistant to action-taker. ChatGPT Agents don’t just suggest ideas—they do the work. From building slides to booking flights, this upgrade brings hands-on execution to your digital workflow.
      • This changes the game for non-tech folks. You don’t need to know how to code to benefit. If you can delegate, you can use Agents to simplify research, automate tasks, and boost productivity instantly.
      • Learning this now = career leverage later. The people who explore these tools early (especially those running teams or companies) will have a massive head start in the AI-powered workplace.

COMMUNICATION

Public Speaking Without The Panic

Takeaways:

  • You already know how to speak with confidence (you do it every day!). Great public speaking isn’t about jargon; it’s about sounding like yourself in a coffee shop: relaxed, clear, human.
  • Stories > stats. People remember emotion, not slides. Lead with real human stakes, not the spreadsheets.
  • Content is the antidote to fear. Instead of obsessing over delivery or trying to hide nerves, focus on what matters most: saying something that feels true and useful. Presence beats polish.

WORKPLACE CULTURE

You Can’t Manifest a Healthy Workplace

Company values? Great. Team offsites? Love ’em.

But if your hiring, onboarding, and performance systems are clunky, no amount of good vibes will save your culture.

Because culture lives in the everyday:

  • How new hires are welcomed (or forgotten)
  • How feedback gets delivered (or dodged)
  • How payroll gets processed (or messed up… again)

It’s not always flashy, but it matters.

Here are two tools we love that are helping modern HR teams build strong cultures from the backend up:

HiBob

Best for: Culture-first people teams

HiBob goes beyond compliance. Its intuitive dashboards, engagement tools, and custom org charts make it easier to build connection, track sentiment, and give your team a voice as you scale.

⚡️Rippling

Best for: All-in-one HR, IT, and finance ops

Payroll? Benefits? Device management? Yep, all in one place. Rippling is perfect for fast-moving teams that want deep automation without the swivel-chair syndrome.

Bottom line: messy systems = stressed people. Invest in tools that make the day-to-day smoother, not harder.

WELLNESS

The Mobility Stretch That Beats Your Chiropractor

Takeaways:

  • A Jefferson curl meets rotation: start on a block, roll down into spinal flexion, and sweep a weight in an arc from one side of the body to the other. It fuses spinal mobility, pelvic rotation, and deep fascial engagement in one move.
  • Mobility > flexibility. This exercise wakes up deep stabilizers like the multifidus and activates diagonal fascial slings, giving you full-body challenge static stretches can’t.
  • Treat it like neural rehab, not a quick fix. Controlled reps, smooth arcs, and mindful variation build resilience where it counts.
